Steven has been leading large architectural projects as well as circular economy projects since 2011, with his company Lateral Thinking Factory.

Founder of the farm
Audrey is a commercial engineer specialized in finance and sustainable development. After more than 8 years in mass distribution, she decided to train in organic gardening and to reorient herself in urban agriculture. She is in charge of the sales strategy of the different productions, the marketing of the products as well as the evolution of the customer portfolio.

Cassian Libeer, our horticultural manager, oversees the production techniques and horticultural management of our greenhouses.

Jo is constantly optimizing the production of herbs and supervising the maintenance of the outdoor garden, all the while bringing his good humor to the team.

Léa handles our customer relations and logistics to ensure that orders run smoothly and that our customers are satisfied with our services. With her training as a bio-engineer in food processing, Léa is a versatile player in BIGH. Her organisation skills, flexibility and good humor are an asset in her daily tasks.
